During a recent interaction call with the team at QPR Software, including Matti Erkheikki (Senior Vice President), and Olli Vihervuori (Chief Technological Officer), I gained valuable insights into QPR Software’s Digital Twin of an Organization (DTO) platform. This innovative platform offers a comprehensive suite of tools designed to analyse, monitor, and model organizational operations and processes, facilitating informed decision-making and enhancing operational efficiency.

One of the notable features of the QPR Software’s DTO platform is its ability to cater to organizations undergoing large-scale digital transformation initiatives. These organizations often have complex IT landscapes and limited understanding of processes, reporting, and operational KPIs. The platform addresses these challenges with its mature product capabilities, unified solution to modelling and mining, allowing organizations to seamlessly transition from process mining to enterprise mining.
From the demo session, I understand about how the platform works and provides access to various process models such as order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay, account receivable, accounts payable, customer services, and human resources. Enterprise mining, a key feature of the platform, offers connected and enterprise viewpoints to visualize the connections between different activities in operational processes. Users can explore various dimensions such as applications, capabilities, organizations, processes, and roles, gaining valuable insights into process mapping and utilization. For example, if one chooses an application in the connected viewpoint and a process in the enterprise viewpoint, it shows how the process is mapped along with which application is utilized in each stage of processes.
The platform leverages genAI to generate synthetic event logs for predicting automation rates, bottleneck scores, and process statistics based on historical data. These predictive insights enable organizations to plan and make informed decisions for the future.
QPR Process Analyzer supports data augmented modelling that helps users in easily creating process models and generate KPIs and time taken to complete processes automatically. Any changes made reflect instantly on the diagrams, providing real-time insights into process efficiency and performance.
