Jack Moloney, Senior Director at SAP, delved into the criticality of change management and process governance in the digital landscape. Moloney emphasized the challenge organizations face in navigating change during technological advancements, underscoring the significance of putting people first and advocating for continuous improvement in all facets of the transformation journey.
