During my interactions with various vendors for the SPARK Matrix research report on Digital Twin of an Organization (DTO), I had the opportunity to engage with the iGrafx team last week. The team, comprising experienced professionals such as Alexandre Wentzo (CEO), Shoeb Javed (Chief Product Officer), Don Hart (Director Analyst Engagement), and James Berrocales (Manager Solution Engineer), provided a comprehensive overview of the iGrafx DTO platform – Process360 Live.
In our discussion, the team highlighted numerous insights about its platform, particularly focusing on Process360 Live, which supports the Digital Twin of an Organization (DTO). This platform offers a range of process design options, incorporating features like process modelling, process mining, process intelligence, and a centralized process repository.
The foundation of Process360 Live rests on three core pillars: operational excellence, process design, and automation. Enabling DTO through advanced process mining, simulation, predictive analytics, and process monitoring, Process360 Live facilitates digital transformation, enhancing business outcomes and customer value. The approach can be summarized as discovering current business processes, designing future processes, and continuously optimizing them. The platform emphasizes predicting the future of processes and ongoing improvement by identifying opportunities in real time.
iGrafx has established partnerships with various system integrators and third-party integrations, with key technology partnership including KYP, a task mining platform that supports Process360 Live with accurate intelligence within processes, and Krista, a conversational automation platform facilitating easy collaboration and communication among team members through various channels.
From the demo session, I gained insights into how the platform works, providing a user-friendly dashboard that allows users to visualize processes, key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, reporting, and custom dashboards tailored to specific user personas for making informed business decisions according to their roles. Users can design and create through BPMN, utilize drag-and-drop features, add scenarios, run simulations, and generate predictive analytics for business modelling and improved decision-making.
The platform is highly customizable, allowing users to input any relevant information before running simulations and visualize various outcomes of processes. Process360 Live is making strides in the processes creation and design stage by incorporating generative AI capabilities through QuickerMap. This feature utilizes conversation to create process diagrams by adding relevant messages based on process requirements. Once the process is established, users can make changes to the process objects by adding various scenarios and data. This approach simplifies the process of creating process designs and models for business users through the use of generative AI capabilities within the platform.
In conclusion, iGrafx's Process360 Live is a robust Digital Twin of an Organization (DTO) solution, emphasizing on operational excellence, process design, and automation. With advanced features like predictive analytics and Generative AI, the platform facilitates digital transformation, delivering improved business outcomes and enhanced customer value. The platform provides user-friendly interfaces for offering intuitive experience, empowering informed decision-making and effective business process optimization. In essence, iGrafx's innovative platform leads in advancing process creation and design, offering simplicity and continuous improvement aligned with evolving organizational needs.
