8x8 Inc recently announced the launch of its 8x8 Customer Labs open beta program. The program is said to be an effective and result delivering way for engaging end users in discussing product direction, delivering feedback, estimating the usefulness of the new product features, and product administration at the pre-launch stages. Early access would be provided to 8x8 customers.

Customers will be able to provide 8x8 with immediate direction and feedback through the new program, which will help to expedite the following:

• Out-of-the-box quality: Guarantying high-quality products from the release by working closely with 8x8 customers to identify and fix problems quickly.
